What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?New marketing /advertising ideas that we haven't done yet. Also maximizing company exposure within budget... not necessarily a challenge, but more of a commitment.

How is technology reshaping the insurance landscape? Agents have much better portals and tools than the average person going online looking for health insurance. Also, agents have a dedicated line to the marketplace, so we don’t have to wait on hold as long as the average person calling the marketplace for assistance. The Marketplace representatives are not licensed agents. They admittedly don’t have a thorough understanding of insurance terminology or how insurance plans/companies work.
