Why did you choose your industry?It chose me. I never realized how many business owners struggled to find clients and in my career I've helped more than 400 businesses to create a combined revenue of over $1B until I kept being asked what was the secret to consistent revenue and client growth.
Who are your typical clients?Solopreneurs, consultants and business owners with small teams selling a service.
What do you like best about being in this industry?It's dynamic and it's human focused on people to people relationships.
What are common problems you see?Lack of the necessary skills to grow a business vs buy a job and too many business coaches selling services without ever having run a business or been responsible for making payroll every 2 weeks.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Business growth can be elegantly simple. Build the 5 non-negotiable business foundations to create a beautiful stable business with consistent client growth and revenue.

What keeps you up at night?Clients that break trust and don't honour their commitments
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Speaking, networking and referrals.
How involved are you in the community?Supporting local businesses, volunteering and promoting other businesses doing great work.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Understand the way the game is played, be willing to do what is required to get what you want, dream bigger and be willing to seek support to make it a reality before you run out of runway.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Travel, finding the best patio, cooking with family
