Why did you choose your industry?My interest began with a genuine passion for people—understanding human behavior, psychology, and the entrepreneurial spirit. Marketing sits at the intersection of all three, giving me the chance to empower others and shape growth journeys that matter.
Who are your typical clients?We primarily partner with small-to-mid-sized marketing agencies led by ambitious, forward-thinking entrepreneurs. They are visionary, growth-driven, and deeply invested in serving their clients, yet recognize the value of strategic partners who can help them scale without unnecessary overhead
What do you like best about being in this industry?It’s a space where creativity meets strategy. I love collaborating with both imaginative and analytical minds while gaining insight into so many different industries. There is always something new to explore, refine, and build upon.
What are common problems you see?Too often, agencies default to generic positioning. In today’s landscape of hyper-personalization, brands need to clearly define their differentiators and stay authentic. Specificity builds trust and cuts through the noise.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Stay focused on meaningful goals. With countless tactics and tools available, it’s easy to get distracted. The most successful agencies are intentional—aligning strategy with objectives, honing their efforts, and executing with clarity. Better focus leads to better outcomes.
When is your busy season?Our work is year-round—growth doesn’t wait for seasons.
What keeps you up at night?Continuously asking: how do we best serve our clients and deliver enduring value? That question drives our every decision.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?By staying focused on the problems we solve. We position Teal as the right solution at the right time—empowering agencies to scale seamlessly and sustainably while keeping their brand at the forefront.
How involved are you in the community?I’m an active supporter of Placemaking Jax and other local initiatives that cultivate culture, community, and connection. Advocating for local leaders and organizations is an extension of my belief in building sustainable growth where we live and work.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?I support Foodies Care and their mission to feed the hungry and support the homeless, especially through their work here in our local community.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Know your differentiator and commit to it. Go deep rather than wide, and never lose sight of the human side of business. Relationships, empathy, and authenticity are your greatest assets.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?I embrace life fully—whether it’s quality time with friends and family, dancing, supporting local businesses, or connecting with my community. Each experience is a chance to celebrate relationships and shared growth.
